Senior engineers who like old code done right
Relicbridge is a small practice, and we intend to keep it that way. We do not hire junior developers and we do not run a bench. When an engagement needs more hands than we have, we bring in senior US-based engineers we trust, on contract, and the ones who work out come back again.
The work is modernization of the systems most of the industry gave up on: WebForms, VB6, Classic ASP, Access and FoxPro moving to .NET 8. It rewards engineers who like reading old code, who write characterization tests before touching anything, and who use AI tooling hard without trusting it blindly. Most work is remote, from anywhere in the US; some engagements need time onsite for kickoffs and cutovers, and regulated customers sometimes require work inside their network.
