Let's Get Started
The most useful inquiry tells us four things:
- The stack. WebForms, VB6, Classic ASP, Access, FoxPro, or a mix, and roughly how old.
- The size. Lines of code if you know it; otherwise the number of screens or forms, and the number of tables.
- What is forcing the question now. An unsupported runtime, a departing developer, a security finding, an integration nobody can build, an AI initiative blocked by the system.
- Who owns the decision and what a good outcome looks like in twelve months.
We do not need source code to reply, and we sign an NDA before we ever see it. If we are not the right fit for the system, we will say so in the reply.
