These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site"), operated by Irvin Group, LLC, doing business as Relicbridge ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is informational

The Site describes services we offer. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no engagement is formed by using the Site or submitting an inquiry. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement, not these Terms, governs any engagement. Service descriptions are indicative of scope and are confirmed only in a written proposal.

Limitation of liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS. Indemnification

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive relief in any competent court.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
